Recruitment of Research Fellows

It is proposed to conduct an Interview on 27.09.2022 to recruit Senior Project Associate/ Senior  Research  Fellows/Senior  Project  Fellows/Project  Associate-II/  Project  Associate  -1/ Junior Project Fellows/Project Assistant, Field Assistant on purely temporary (Contractual) basis for the research projects detailed below.   Eligible candidates are requested to attend the an interview at Institute of Forest Genetics & Tree Breeding, R.S.Puram, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.  The candidates are required to apply online through the link provided in the Institute website on or before

1.   SENIOR PROJECT ASSOCIATE:

1.        Only Indian nationals are eligible.

2.        Age limit as on 01.06.2022:

Senior Project Associate- 40 years Senior Research Fellows -32 years Senior Project Fellows -  32 years Project Associate –I & II -35 years Junior Project fellows - 28 years

Project Assistant & Field Assistant - 25 years

(Relaxable up to 5 years for SC/ST, Women, Physically handicapped and OBC

candidates).

3. Candidates should submit their application online at the link provided in the website of this  Institute.    Online  Registration  process  will  be  closed  by  dated  on  19.09.2022

4. The  position  is  purely  temporary  and  co-terminus  with  the  project  period  or  earlier depending on the performance of the candidates.

5. Recruitment for the above temporary positions is governed by rules of the Indian Council of Forestry Research & Education and does not guarantee subsequent employment in any Institutes under the Council.

6. The Candidates are advised to go through the detailed guideline before starting the online registration.

7. The  selected  Candidates  should  bring  all   the  original   testimonials   on  educational qualifications and community certificate for verification at the time of joining. Candidates without Provisional Certificate / Degree Certificate awarded by the Universities need not attend the interview.

Guideline to fill the application form

1.   Candidates are required to apply only through online in the link provided in the website and they shall not submit any hard copies of the uploaded documents.  No other means/mode of application will be accepted.

2.  Candidates are required to have a valid personal e-mail ID and valid mobile number.  It should be kept active during the currency of this recruitment process.
